What's the difference between the app and a verified business account?
The Ellidiya Business app is for one person answering customers on their own phone. A verified business account is for a team: a shared inbox in the browser, chat on your website, bots and an API. Many businesses start with the app and add a verified account as they grow.
How long does verification take?
Usually within one working day after you add your business details. We check them against government records (for example GST) and may ask for a document.
Can I message customers whenever I like?
Customers always write first. In the app, you then have 24 hours to reply. On your website, you can chat while the visitor is on your site. This keeps Ellidiya free of spam, which is why customers trust it.
Do I see my customers' phone numbers?
Not unless they choose to share them. Website visitors can chat without a number, and app customers' numbers stay hidden in business chats.
I have several websites or products. Do I need several accounts?
No. One verified account can run chat on many websites, each with its own name, settings and bot, all answered from the same inbox.
I already use another chat tool or CRM.
